AtriumApp is an application developed specifically for the complete management of a dental clinic. It was created to provide access accounts and unlimited SMS messages, as well as the ability to configure each account individually from the administrative account.
AtriumApp is designed to be easy to use, fast and intuitive, with a friendly interface that can be used by anyone, regardless of the device.

4. What personal data we collect
As a controller, we collect personal data from you or from the legal representative of the company you represent, either when signing the contract or while it is being performed.
This data may include first name, last name, email address, phone number, as well as audio, video recordings or photographs taken during the activity, such as X-rays, 3D scans of the teeth or images of the teeth.
Except where we rely on your consent, the provision of this data is based on legal obligations or on the need to perform the contract with the company you represent. Failure to provide it may make it impossible to conclude or perform the contract.
5. How we use personal data
Personal data may be shared with various recipients, such as suppliers who help us deliver our services, or with third parties, such as certain competent authorities, where necessary or where we have a legal obligation to do so. These parties may include:
- Payment processors, banking service providers, partners and suppliers who help us organize events, loyalty campaigns or promotional offers, marketing, PR and advertising agencies.
- Internet and telephony providers, IT systems and software, cloud and hosting, IT support, document and information storage.

The processors we use to deliver our services may be referred to as subcontractors. We put in place appropriate contractual documentation with any subcontractor to ensure they process personal data properly and in line with their legal obligations.

We keep personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to satisfy any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
- Data related to pre-contractual activities: 5 years from the last interaction or last contact.
- Data required for invoices and related legal documents: 10 years.
- Data used for marketing purposes: until you unsubscribe or exercise your right to object and, in any case, no longer than 5 years from the last contact.
- Recorded phone conversations: 5 years, to meet any evidentiary needs.
