Treatment Records in AtriumApp Now Have a Table View and Excel Export

At AtriumApp, we continue to develop features that simplify the daily work of dental clinics. The latest updates bring a much clearer, more efficient experience for managing patients' treatment records.

A table view for treatment records

Treatment records in AtriumApp are now displayed in a modern table format that is organized and easy to follow. The information is grouped by tooth and structured chronologically, so that dentists and clinic staff can quickly identify the treatments performed and the patient's complete history.

The new structure clearly shows:

• the treatment date;
• the associated tooth;
• the service performed;
• the treatment price;
• the discounts applied;
• the clinical notes.

Examples such as composite fillings, pulp capping, bone grafts or operculectomies are now displayed in a way that is much easier to read and manage, directly from the platform.

In the "Records view" section, all treatment records are automatically sorted chronologically, with the most recent shown first. This way, the clinical team can instantly access the newest information about a patient with no extra searching.

Excel export for patients' treatment records

We have also added a new Excel export feature (.xlsx) for treatment records.

From the "Records view" section, users can quickly download all of a patient's treatments into an Excel file that is organized and easy to analyze.

The exported file includes information such as:

• the treatment dates;
• the teeth treated;
• the clinical services performed;
• the costs and discounts applied;
• the notes associated with the treatments.

The Excel export is useful for:
